The Aiguevive Estate is located in the Dordogne, close to Sarlat, at the heart of the highly desirable Périgord Noir, in the golden triangle of the Dordogne Valley, officially recognised as a major destination of the Aquitaine. The Estate spreads over 7.5 hectares comprising a 18th century manor of classic elegance and two further buildings: a 15th century mill and the erstwhile studio of celebrated artist Lucien de Maleville whose brilliant brushstrokes, according to Jean Secret, (local historian and co-author of “Château et Manoirs du Périgord”) sang out loud the charms of the Perigord Noir.
